Cancellation Policy

Booking Requirement: All services at Uncle Pudd’s Cabin are available only to registered cabin guests and must be booked for the same dates as your stay. Services cannot be purchased separately without a cabin reservation. Reservations & Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot. Service availability is first-come, first-served and is not guaranteed until confirmed. Cancellations & Changes: Cancellations made 14 days or more before the start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the service date are non-refundable. Changes to booking dates are subject to availability. Weather Policy: For outdoor activities, safety is our top priority. In the event of severe weather, we may reschedule your activity at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, a credit will be issued for future use. Safety & Conduct: All guests must follow instructions from ranch staff at all times. Anyone engaging in unsafe behavior will be removed from the activity without refund. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult. Liability Waiver: A signed release form is required for all guests participating in services or activities on the ranch. This form will be sent automatically after booking and must be completed prior to arrival.
