Service Description
Celebrate your wedding surrounded by the rustic charm and natural beauty of Uncle Pudd’s Cabin. Our all-inclusive Wedding Package is designed to make planning simple, giving you exclusive access to the cabin and park for three days and two nights along with everything you need to host up to 50 guests. Guests must complete this in two steps: first, purchase your cabin stay for 2 nights and 3 days under the Cabin tab and complete checkout. After your cabin stay is reserved, return to the Activities tab and book your Wedding Package for the exact same dates. The cabin rental ($596) is not included in this package and must be booked separately. Your stay begins with an early check-in at 11:00 am on Day 1, your wedding and full use of the property on Day 2, and a relaxed checkout at 3:00 pm on Day 3, allowing time to celebrate, wrap up details, and enjoy a slow morning before heading home. The package is designed for up to 50 guests and includes overnight lodging for six in the cabin, with the option to host up to 11 overnight guests total at $25 per additional guest per night. The Wedding Package provides tables with white covers, 50 chairs, 25 hay bales for rustic ceremony seating, a 20x30 wedding tent with optional side walls, a wooden arch for your vows, more than 260 feet of solar twinkle lights with multiple settings, a marquee at the ranch gate to announce your wedding, on-site parking for guests, and a classic horse trough for drinks. Behind the scenes, we will help coordinate access for caterers and photographers so you can focus on enjoying your day. Brides may also reserve the two-bedroom bridal suite in the Big House for $150, perfect for getting ready and photos. During your wedding stay, you and your guests will also enjoy access to the stocked fishing lake and park amenities on the wedding day, while hunting, ranges, and ranch experiences may be booked separately at their standard rates. Pricing is kept straightforward: the Wedding Package itself is $1,504 and the cabin rental is $596, for a total of $2,100. Whether you invite 10 guests or 50, the price is the same, with overnight accommodations capped at 11. Cancellation Policy
Booking Requirement: All services at Uncle Pudd’s Cabin are available only to registered cabin guests and must be booked for the same dates as your stay. Services cannot be purchased separately without a cabin reservation. Reservations & Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot. Service availability is first-come, first-served and is not guaranteed until confirmed. Cancellations & Changes: Cancellations made 14 days or more before the start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the service date are non-refundable. Changes to booking dates are subject to availability. Weather Policy: For outdoor activities, safety is our top priority. In the event of severe weather, we may reschedule your activity at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, a credit will be issued for future use. Safety & Conduct: All guests must follow instructions from ranch staff at all times. Anyone engaging in unsafe behavior will be removed from the activity without refund. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult. Liability Waiver: A signed release form is required for all guests participating in services or activities on the ranch. This form will be sent automatically after booking and must be completed prior to arrival.
